Commitment to Excellence:  After honorably serving our country for 22 years, Mike retired from the Army to the Sierra Vista, AZ area in 1998. He bought his first personal residence as a lease to own. This resulted in him becoming interested in buying and selling properties using creative financing while helping others at the same time.
